Robert Ambrosi – Co-Founder & Chairman

Robert Ambrosi, born in 1950, is the Chairman of RAMP.  He is also Chairman and Co-Founder of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies.  He began his career as a real estate analyst at the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York and then as a Vice President of Marcil Properties Ltd, a Canadian real estate investment banking firm.  In 1979, he co-founded The Pivko Companies, an international real estate advisory group with activities in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.  Through his company work, Mr. Ambrosi has received numerous recognitions including the ICSC Renovation & Redevelopment Award, the Globe Street Opportunity Zone Award, and was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.  Real Estate Forum magazine designated Mr. Ambrosi as a 2016 Real Estate Icon and one of the Elite 70 Most Influential Executives in the Real Estate Business.  Mr. Ambrosi holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Rutgers University, a Senior Certificate in Real Estate from New York University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has been a frequent guest lecturer on international business at several universities including the Graduate Schools of Business at Duke University, Columbia University and Rutgers University.

Marc Perel – Co-Founder & President

Marc Perel, born in 1953, is the President of RAMP.  He is also President and Co-Founder of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies.  Mr. Perel has more than 40 years’ experience in all fields of real estate including acquisitions, planning, entitlements, development, leasing, management, and financing. Mr. Perel began his career at Zimmerman & Co., a certified public accounting firm where he became a partner and head of the firm’s real estate department. As Head of Development at ARCTRUST, Mr. Perel has been involved in all aspects of real estate development including specific responsibilities for the environmental remediation of properties.  Through his company work, he has achieved numerous milestones including the first Brownfields Grant, the Builders Award for Mixed Use Projects, and the prestigious National Phoenix Award given by the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Perel has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Long Island University and was a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Ambrosi – Chief Operating Officer

Michael Ambrosi, born in 1981, is the Chief Operating Officer of RAMP. He is also Chief Operating Officer for the ARCTRUST Group of Companies where he is responsible for the companies operations including key performance metric analysis, leasing, project approvals, budgets and feasibility analysis, as well as being a key member of the investment committee. Mr. Ambrosi is enrolled in the Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate program at Georgetown University, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business Administration from Villanova University, and is a Vistage Key Executive Group member.
