Strategy

RAMP is seeking opportunities in investment types which are diversified in multiple asset classes and industry segments. Investments must have a defined exit strategy before initial capital deployment, and will generate cash flows within 3 years at a minimum.

Investment types include;

• Funds of Funds

• Direct Company Investments or Private Equity

• Acquisition or Joint-Venture real estate and development projects

• Secure lending opportunities.

RAMP employs a principal protection strategy across all investment types by taking on an acceptable amount of risk to meet an adequate return. Each proposal must have a solid business plan, an experienced management team, and some proprietary product or idea.
